Job summary

Liberty Towers is recruiting a proactive Membership Administrator in London to support a well-established membership organisation serving businesses in the property and construction sector. The role offers hybrid working and a salary of £28,000-£30,000, with 26 days of holiday plus bank holidays.

You will be the first point of contact for members, manage CRM and databases, coordinate meetings and events, prepare agendas and minutes, and assist with communications and website updates.

Qualifications

  • Experience in administration, team support or coordination.
  • Graduate education standard.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Teams.

Acting as a trusted voice within the industry, the organisation works closely with members through events, communications, research and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comfortable learning new systems and technology.

  • Eager to learn, develop and take ownership of responsibilities.
Desirable:
  • CRM, CMS or membership database experience.
  • Experience taking meeting minutes.
  • Experience within a membership organisation, trade association or professional body.
