Job summary

The Club Company is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our team at one of our UK golf and country clubs. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a welcoming, well-presented reception area and handling calls, registrations, sign-ins and appointment scheduling with professionalism.

You will manage payments, assist with special services, and uphold health and safety policies while supporting smooth front-of-house operations across a busy club environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE qualification.
• Experience in service-oriented role desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a polite, professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members; take messages as needed.
• Assist with member registration and sign-in; swipe membership cards.
• Schedule appointments for the administrative team and arrange special services for members and guests.
• Handle payments and charges for services and address customer complaints.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed and assist with general front-of-house duties.
