Job summary

My Happy Mind Limited is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to drive paid and organic campaigns from planning through execution. You will own lead generation, nurture sequences, and performance reporting in a fast-growing edtech environment.

You will collaborate with the Head of Marketing, manage CRM campaigns, and optimise campaigns for cost per lead and conversions while supporting landing pages and SEO initiatives. Hybrid work includes 1 day per week in Alderley Edge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a digital marketing role with hands-on paid media and email campaigns.
• Experience running campaigns that generate leads.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience with ActiveCampaign or similar CRM/email tools.
• Ability to build assets from supplied copy using templates and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against a shared lead target across paid and organic channels.
• Build, launch and optimise lead generation campaigns including lead magnets and emails.
• Develop and manage the full-funnel journey from first click to booked pitch.
• Contribute fresh digital ideas to generate and convert leads.
• Report on pipeline and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support website updates, SEO and landing page builds.
