StoreLab - The Shopify Growth Service is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive growth for Shopify SMEs. You will plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok, owning strategy, execution and performance analysis.

In this role, you will manage budgets, generate insightful reports, and collaborate with Designers and other Account Managers to deliver ROAS improvements for high-growth DTC brands. London-based with flexible/hybrid work.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Experience handling budgets of £50k+/month with ROAS improvements.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding and optimisation.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance tracking tools.
• Ability to produce clear reports linking data to actions.
• Collaborates effectively with Designers and other Account Managers.
• Experience briefing in performance-driven ad copy and creative concepts.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
