Virgin Active is hiring two Part-Time Member Journey Hosts to join the Acquisitions team and enhance member engagement across clubs in the UK. You’ll be at the heart of daily interactions, spotting disengagement signs, reigniting motivation, and turning moments into meaningful experiences. Hours: 20 per week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming heartbeat of the club and bridge to the Virgin Active community.
• Identify disengagement signs and re-engagement opportunities with members.
• Collaborate in daily service huddles and share member insights.
• Support club readiness and maintain presentation and cleanliness to standard.
• Connect members to trainers, group classes, and events.
• Document member stories and share hospitality wins for best practice.
