Qualifications

• Demonstrable ability to deliver excellent member service.
• Demonstrable commercial mindset and customer orientated.
• Background in hospitality or fitness industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members and prospects in line with brand values.
• Deliver club tours and provide up-to-date information on products.
• Maintain cleanliness of member areas and gym floor, including vending and towels.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and member administration.
• Open and close the club following checklists and ensure safety.
