Job summary

JD Gyms is seeking a dynamic member experience specialist to engage with members on the gym floor, lead inductions and deliver group exercise classes. You will uphold cleanliness, brand standards and safety across the club, while delivering world-class service on every visit.

You'll welcome prospective members, conduct tours, monitor service delivery through feedback, and support continuous improvements with data.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
• Passion for fitness and helping people.
• Excellent communication and team-orientation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members on the gym floor to deliver a world-class member experience.
• Lead gym inductions and deliver engaging group exercise classes.
• Deliver welcoming member tours in line with JD Gyms brand standards.
• Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards across the club.
• Provide ad hoc support to members as required or observed.
• Monitor service delivery through member feedback and data.
