Job summary

JD Gyms in Burnley is seeking a passionate fitness-focused team member to deliver world-class member experiences on every visit. You will uphold cleanliness, interact on the gym floor, lead inductions and teach engaging group exercise classes.

You will welcome prospective members, conduct tours, ensure brand standards, and support joining. You will monitor service delivery, maintain health and safety, and work flexibly as part of a team that serves the local community.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members to ensure they receive a world-class member experience on every visit.
• Lead gym inductions and teaching engaging group exercise classes.
• Deliver welcoming and engaging prospective member tours in the club.
• Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms as required.
• Conduct club standards checks and record results accurately.
• Provide ad hoc support to members as required.
• Maintain club cleanliness standards at the highest level.
• Ensure club is safe and compliant with health and safety actions.
• Monitor service delivery through member feedback.
• Operate in a safe and legal manner while at JD Gyms.
• Show leadership in energy usage and waste management.
• Analyse and present key data to support new ideas and developments.
