Responsibilities

• Places member experience at the heart of everything you do by engaging with members on the gym floor.
• Deliver welcoming and engaging prospective member tours in the club, in line with brand standards.
• Deliver engaging and inclusive group exercise classes.
• Deliver engaging and informative member inductions.
• Support prospective members with joining the gym as required.
• Conduct club standards checks and ensure accurate recording.
• Provide ad hoc support to members and maintain club cleanliness to high standards.
• Maintain JD Gyms brand standards and ensure safety and compliance.
• Analyse and present key data to support new ideas and initiatives.
