Job summary

BRDC, the parent organisation of Silverstone, seeks a Member Services Executive to support 850 BRDC Members and ensure a first‑class experience at the Clubhouse and events. You will be involved in membership queries, event planning, and admin tasks across the Club’s activities.

This role offers exposure to multiple disciplines, including digital marketing, communications, and stakeholder engagement, with DBS checks prior to employment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities are essential.
• Experience in a professional environment is preferred.
• A degree or equivalent qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating BRDC Club facilities and respond to membership queries.
• Support event planning and delivery for BRDC Members at events on track and off track.
• Support the Club's marketing, communications, and website evolution.
• Perform general administrative tasks and manage the Membership database.
• Engage with suppliers and maintain relationships with BRDC partners.
