Job summary

BRDC is seeking a proactive Member Services Executive to support 850 Members at Silverstone. You will assist with membership operations, event logistics, and communications, ensuring a first-class experience during major events such as the F1 British Grand Prix and MotoGP.

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a professional environment.
• Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible to support weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with operation of BRDC Club facilities and services.
• Responding to Membership and Club queries.
• Helping cultivate Membership benefits.
• Plan and deliver services at Club events and activities on track, including major motorsport events.
• Engagement with suppliers before, during, and after events.
• Manage Club communications via WhatsApp and assist with newsletters.
