Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member experiences in Branch and promote the Society’s services including our digital platforms.
• Effectively identify, assess and mitigate risks in line with the Society’s risk management framework and regulatory expectations.
• Undertake all activities in line with Society procedures and processes, ensuring that conduct rules are met.
• Seize opportunities to achieve and exceed your agreed objectives, contributing to the Society’s 9 objectives and strategic plan.
• Ensure good member outcomes through the application of the concepts of Consumer Duty.
• Follow the Society’s Complaints Procedure to deal with member complaints, escalating where appropriate.
• Engage with local communities through supporting initiatives and events taking place.
• Keep up to date with online training, including mandatory refresher training and manual reading.
