Job summary

JD Gyms Bolton is seeking a diligent cleaning operative to uphold high cleanliness standards across the club. You will help create a welcoming environment for members and colleagues by delivering friendly, professional service.

You will perform daily cleaning tasks, safety checks and report any defects to keep the facility safe and well presented. Maintaining uniform standards and helping with learning and development activities may also be involved.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or cleaning environment is advantageous.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
• Effective communication and relationship-building with members and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
• Support and maintain JD Gyms brand standards across all areas of the club.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report defects to ensure building and equipment are safe to use.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the gym facility.
• Uphold professional appearance and uniform standards.
• Deliver outstanding member service through positive interactions.
• Support learning and development initiatives within the team.
• undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
