Job summary

JD Gyms is expanding across the UK and seeks a dedicated cleaner to uphold exceptional cleanliness and create a welcoming environment for members and staff. You will follow Health and Safety policies and maintain brand standards throughout the club.

With strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will deliver friendly service, work as part of a team, and be proactive in safety checks and daily duties, ensuring the gym remains a top-quality, safe space for all members.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Commitment to delivering excellent member service.
• Experience in a customer-facing or cleaning environment is advantageous.
• Effective communication to build relationships with members and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and company procedures.
• Maintain JD Gyms brand standards across the club.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report defects to keep building and equipment safe.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards in the gym.
• Uphold professional appearance and uniform standards.
• Deliver outstanding member service through positive interactions.
• Support learning and development initiatives and training.
• Undertake other reasonable duties.
