Job summary

JD Gyms is seeking a proactive cleaning and facilities support team member to help maintain high standards of cleanliness across our clubs. You will interact with members and colleagues, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment while adhering to health and safety policies.

You will perform routine checks and report any defects to keep the facilities in top condition. The role emphasizes strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced gym

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing, cleaning, leisure or similar environment is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work well in a team and maintain high standards independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high cleanliness standards across the club in line with brand policies.
• Carry out daily, weekly and monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report defects to keep the facilities safe and functional.
• Uphold brand standards and professional appearance for staff and members.
• Deliver friendly, professional member service and support learning initiatives.
• Assist with additional duties as required to support the club operations.
