Job summary

The Clancy Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Fareham to lead MEICA and civil engineering projects for the Southern Water contract. You will oversee projects from award through design, construction, commissioning and handover, providing technical leadership within a multi-disciplinary team.

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will manage programme, cost, safety, and quality, coordinating with designers, construction teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery across water

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering MEICA and civil engineering projects within utilities.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience with NEC4 contract environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from award to handover.
• Oversee programme, commercial performance, Health, Safety, Environment and Quality requirements.
• Provide technical leadership on MEICA elements within the project team.
• Coordinate design requirements and develop practical project solutions with designers.
• Work with site teams, suppliers, subcontractors and internal functions to deliver projects.
