Job summary

Moor Hall Hotel & Spa is seeking an experienced Meeting & Events Sales Office Manager to lead our meetings and events sales team. You will transform enquiries into memorable events, from corporate conferences to weddings, while delivering exceptional customer journeys.

You will coach and motivate staff, drive conversions, and work closely with operations to ensure flawless event delivery, creating lasting client partnerships and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching and developing a meetings & events sales team.
• Strong ability to build relationships with corporate clients, agencies and event organisers.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, coach and develop the Meetings & Events Sales team to achieve their full potential.
• Oversee the enquiry-to-contract process and maximise every opportunity.
• Drive conversion, revenue and upselling strategies to hit targets.
• Develop relationships with corporate clients, agencies and stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless event delivery by working with Operations, F&B and Finance.
