Village Hotels Warrington is seeking a dynamic Meetings & Events Team Leader / Assistant Manager to lead busy event shifts, coach the team, and ensure venues meet brand standards from planning to guest departure.

You will monitor budgets, support revenue growth across bar and catering, supervise AV setup, and uphold food and safety standards, delivering remarkable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading busy meetings and events and managing guest expectations.
• Strong coaching and team‑leadership skills.
• Good understanding of budgets, costs and driving revenue.
• Knowledge of health and safety, food safety checks and licensing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead busy event shifts and coach the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor budgets, payroll, and drive revenue across bar and catering.
• Set up and supervise AV equipment and event tech on-site.
