DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol North is seeking a proactive Meetings and Events Manager to lead our dynamic team. You will oversee day-to-day event delivery, liaise with clients, and ensure seamless planning and execution across weddings, conferences and banquets.

• Experience leading a Meetings and Events team or equivalent role.
• Strong leadership and delegation skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, costs and suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage Meetings and Events team, overseeing day-to-day operations and event delivery.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Manage event budgets, cost control, and supplier coordination.
• Monitor and manage event set-ups to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Liaise with clients to ensure a seamless planning and execution process.
