Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester is seeking a Meetings and Events Coordinator to bring each event to life by connecting with clients, capturing details and turning enquiries into bookings. You will create accurate function sheets, collaborate with the Operations Team, and drive revenue through upselling and exceptional service.

Qualifications

Confidence understanding client needs and delivering standout service.
Experience turning enquiries into sales with quick responses and upselling.
Experience creating accurate function sheets (Delphi or similar).
Ability to work as part of a team to hit targets and resolve issues with care.
Warm, authentic personality with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

Bring each event to life by connecting with clients and capturing every detail.
Create an excellent first impression for guests and clients making enquiries or bookings.
Discover client needs and showcase how the hotel can make it happen.
Respond to Meetings & Events enquiries promptly and in line with standards.
Turn enquiries into bookings by maximizing sales, occupancy and revenue.
Create accurate function sheets and update Operations Team as plans evolve.
Work with the team to achieve department goals within budget and memorable experiences.
