Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester is seeking an authentic and driven Meetings, Events, Groups and Reservations Team Member (Full-Time) to join our team. You’ll bring events to life by connecting with clients and capturing every detail to deliver unforgettable experiences.

As part of the Meetings, Groups and Events Executive, you’ll turn enquiries into bookings through proactive service, upselling of facilities, and accurate function sheets.

Qualifications

• Experience turning enquiries into sales through quick responses and upselling.
• Experience using Delphi to create accurate function sheets and keep the team informed.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve targets and resolve issues with care.
• Strong client needs understanding and delivering standout service in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Bring each event to life by connecting with clients and capturing every important detail.
• Create an excellent first impression for guests and clients making enquiries or bookings.
• Discover client needs and showcase how the hotel can deliver.
• Respond to Meetings & Events enquiries promptly and in line with standards.
• Turn enquiries into bookings by maximising sales, occupancy and revenue.
• Create accurate function sheets, share them weekly and update the Operations Team.
• Collaborate with the team to meet department goals and deliver memorable experiences.
