Job summary

The Doyle Collection is seeking a Meetings and Events Executive in London reporting to the Director of Groups, Meetings and Events. You will drive reactive Groups, Meetings and Events sales across The Marylebone, The Bloomsbury and The Kensington, working to convert enquiries into bookings.

You'll collaborate with clients, agents and internal teams to meet revenue targets, deliver exceptional service, and act as a brand ambassador for the hotels.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality sales or events may be beneficial.
• Strong customer-facing skills and professionalism.

• Achieve set groups, meetings and events revenue budgets (team goal).

• To act as an ambassador for hotels and the company in all client, guest and internal interactions.
• Complete all other duties and requests as assigned by the Director of Groups, Meetings and Events.

As Meetings and Events Executive, you will be reporting to the Director of Groups, Meetings and Events, London. You will be responsible for selling and revenue conversion within the reactive Groups, Meetings and Events team for The Doyle Collection portfolio consisting of The Marylebone, The Bloomsbury, and The Kensington.

Role responsibilities:

• Achieve revenue and KPI targets set and agreed upon on a monthly/quarterly and annual basis.
• Achieve set groups, meetings and events revenue budgets (team goal).
