As a Hotel Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive guest experience and maintaining the efficient operation of the hotel's front desk. Your main role will be to assist guests during check-in and check-out, manage reservations, answer guests enquiries, and address any issues that guests might experience during their stay.
Please note this is a full-time role (40 hours per week).
