The Marylebone hotel, part of The Doyle Collection, is seeking a Meetings & Events Sales Coordinator to support the M&E Sales team across three luxury London hotels. You will handle enquiries, assist with sales admin, and help drive revenue while ensuring top-tier client service and smooth internal communications.
You will coordinate RFPs, site visits, and events, maintain accurate records, and support training and administration within the team.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, London, the Meetings & Events Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Meetings & Events Sales team across The Marylebone, The Bloomsbury and The Kensington. This role is responsible for coordinating enquiries, managing sales administration and systems, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, the sales team, and hotel operations. The successful candidate will help maximise revenue opportunities, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the M&E Sales function across the London hotels.
