Job summary

The Manor Hotel Solihull - Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill is seeking a Meeting & Events Supervisor to lead and oversee weddings, private dining and events with a focus on delivering exceptional service. You will work to ensure timely delivery and seamless guest experiences across all event spaces.

You will be fully conversant with all Meeting & Event rooms, layouts, product availability and related aspects, supervising events while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality,

Responsibilities

• Be fully conversant with all Meeting & Event rooms, layouts, product availability and all other associated aspects.
• Ensure that M&E rooms not in use are in an appropriate state for show-rounds of potential customers.
• Be present to meet and greet customers checking requirements and passing on relevant information (e.g. fire evacuation procedure, directions etc.).
• Supervise events such as private dining/weddings/anniversaries etc.
• Ensure superior levels of food and beverage service to hotel guests are maintained.
• Ensure all areas are clean and maintained at all times.

The Manor Hotel Solihull - Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill is a vibrant and dynamic family business situated in the heart of Meriden. The business enterprise includes The National Motorcycle Museum & National Conference Centre and The Windmill Village Hotel, Golf Club & Spa.

As a result you should be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards. You should have a warm, personable nature and a can do attitude.
