The NCC Hotel Group is hiring a Hotel Group Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B departments across Windmill Village Hotel, Golf Club & Spa and related venues. You will drive service excellence, develop teams and ensure outlets operate smoothly while maximizing guest satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the food and beverage department to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards across all outlets.
• Drive smooth and efficient operation of all outlets while maximizing guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and financial performance; initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Develop a high performing team; lead by example with a hands-on management style.
• Manage HR functions including training, wage/benefit administration and compliance with labour regulations.
• Foster open communication across departments and oversee performance of Departmental Managers.
• Contribute to revenue initiatives and maintain consistent professional service across all areas.

As our Hotel Group Food & Beverage Manager your main responsibilities will be to lead, motivate and develop the food and beverage department; take control for the smooth and efficient operation of all outlets and drive the highest levels of customer service whilst ensuring that the product is delivered consistently.

You must have experience in a similar environment with the knowledge and confidence to deliver the role described below, combined with a passion for delivering exceptional service through your teams.

Key responsibilities for the Hotel Group Food & Beverage Manager are;

• Ensure that all areas of hospitality are delivered upon and that our guests are provided with exceptional service resulting in industry leading guest satisfaction results.
• Develop a high performing and motivated team.
• Lead from the front and be a strong, credible leader with a hands-on management style.
• Contribute to the success of the hotels by ensuring that the highest standards of product are maintained and delivered at all times, whilst maximising profitability in line with budgets.
• Create an operating environment that assures consistent guest satisfaction.
• Monitor the performance of the hotels through verification and analysis of guest satisfaction systems and financial reports. Initiate corrective action.
• Help to establish and maintain a pro-active human resource function to ensure employee motivation, training and development, wage and benefit administration, and compliance with established labour regulations.
• Implement and maintain effective open-door communication system that crosses departmental lines in order to reach all employees.
• Manage the performance of Departmental Managers through business planning and objective setting.
• Involve the team in developing and implementing new service and revenue initiatives thus instilling a sense of ownership.
• Be responsible for establishing and maintaining high standards of professional service at all times in all areas whilst overseeing the day-to-day operation.
• Monitor trends within the industry and make recommendations for implementation.
• Ensure effective succession planning is carried out and that regular job chats and performance appraisals take place across all departments.
