Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group in the United Kingdom is seeking staff for Meetings & Events and Food & Beverage roles. You will receive training through our Dalata Academy and have opportunities to grow within a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service in all Meetings & Events and Food & Beverage areas, ensuring that the agreed-upon standards are consistently met.
• Collaborate effectively as part of the team, being mindful of colleagues' needs and demonstrating flexibility with working hours.
• Actively promote sales within the department and throughout the hotel.
• Maintain safe working practices in the Meetings & Events areas, promptly addressing any spillages or safety hazards.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the department's standard operating procedures, especially regarding room setups.
