Job summary

Village Hotel Club seeks a proactive Meetings and Events Operations Manager to work with the General Manager and Sales team to ensure flawless conferences and events. You will lead a team, coordinate tasks, and resolve issues quickly to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

This fast-paced role involves hands-on involvement across all event stages and opportunities for development within our Village Hotels network. Come and be part of the Village way of working.

As Meetings and Events Operations Manager, you are responsible for working alongside the General Manager and Sales team to ensure that everything goes off without a hitch, checking that your team have completed their allocated tasks to enable our guests to have an outstanding time. This is a fast-paced role where you will need to think on your feet and solve problems before they happen so we need a proactive and confident individual. Not only that but delivering a seamless conference & meeting experience also needs to be in your make up.
