Job summary

Village Hotel Club in Plymouth is seeking a Meetings and Events Operations Manager to partner with the General Manager and Sales team to ensure flawless events and conferences. You will lead a proactive team, think on your feet and solve problems before they happen to deliver a first-class experience for our guests.

This fast-paced role requires a proactive, confident individual who can manage multiple events and coordinate cross-department efforts to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Work with the General Manager and Sales team to ensure events run smoothly.
• Check that the events team complete allocated tasks for guests to have an outstanding experience.
• Deliver seamless conference and meeting experiences and solve issues before they occur.
