Job summary

Village Hotel Club Cardiff is seeking a proactive Meetings and Events Operations Manager to work with the General Manager and Sales team to deliver flawless conferences, meetings and events. You will lead the events team, ensuring seamless delivery and an outstanding guest experience at all times.

In this fast-paced role you’ll think on your feet, solve problems before they arise and collaborate with multiple departments to maximise the success of every event.

Responsibilities

• Lead Meetings and Events operations alongside the General Manager and Sales team to ensure flawless delivery.
• Oversee event teams and troubleshoot to prevent issues and delays.
• Deliver a seamless conference and meeting experience for guests.
