Meeting and Events Executive

At Millennium Hotels UK, we are seeking a Meeting and Events Executive to support the Meetings & Events department in achieving maximum revenue and fostering strong client relationships through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will collaborate with clients, agents, and team members to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and converting incoming Meetings & Events inquiries according to department standards, including proposal negotiation, upselling, revenue and volume conversion, speed of conversion, and TENT business management.
  2. Staying informed about competitor hotels and venues.
  3. Resolving client disputes and complaints professionally within established guidelines.
  4. Selling and converting Meetings & Events facilities.
  5. Collaborating with the central and management teams to propose efficiencies and improvements, adapting to system and process changes as needed.
