Job summary

Sytner BMW Tamworth requires a punctual Meet and Greet Car Park Attendant to welcome customers and support the Aftersales team with vehicle movements. You will direct customers to the right Service Advisor and maintain an organised arrival area.

Key duties include safely moving vehicles, preparing Excel planning lists, and ensuring excellent service in a busy dealership environment. A full UK driving licence and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Customer Meet & Greet: Welcome customers on arrival, direct them to the appropriate Service Advisor.
• Vehicle Movements: Safely move, park and organise customer vehicles.
• Daily Planning: Prepare and maintain Excel planning lists for following day's appointments.
• Operational Support: Work with Service Advisors and Aftersales to ensure smooth arrivals and movements.
• Customer Experience: Maintain a clean, organised, professional arrival area.
• Team Communication: Flag potential issues with the next day's appointments to colleagues.
