Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Associate for the J&J MedTech Surgery division, covering Endomechanical & Energy portfolios in the East of England. This 12-month fixed-term role supports regional sales targets, customer engagement, and cross-functional projects while enabling travel across the region.

You will develop product knowledge for in-theatre support, gain exposure to both commercial and strategic activities, and join a world‑leading healthcare company

Qualifications

• Early in their sales career with a passion for sales, healthcare or medical technology.
• Strong communicator with a proactive, can do attitude.
• Organised, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing and able to travel across the relevant sales region.
• Ideally educated to degree level or with equivalent experience in a customer-facing role or healthcare setting.
• A team player who thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support & Development: Assist in achieving regional sales targets by supporting account activity and customer engagement.
• Develop product knowledge and clinical understanding to support in-theatre case coverage and customer queries.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and surgical teams.
• Support the planning and execution of customer training events and educational sessions.
• Represent the company professionally at all times, upholding our values and commitment to healthcare excellence.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider sales and support teams to ensure alignment on goals and activities.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development workshops.
