Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery invites a Sales Associate to join our East of England focus accounts team. This 12-month fixed-term role offers hands-on exposure to commercial and strategic projects, supporting growth across hospital portfolios.

You will work with the Sales team and Regional Manager to help achieve targets, build product knowledge for in-theatre coverage, and engage with customers and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Early in your sales career with a passion for healthcare or medical technology.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Willing to travel regionally and across accounts.
• Degree level or equivalent customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales targets by assisting account activity and engagement.
• Develop product knowledge to support in-theatre case coverage and customer queries.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists to identify new business opportunities.
