Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Services and Solutions Manager to deploy value offerings across UK healthcare, leading programmes with NHS trusts and private sector partners to improve clinical and non-clinical outcomes. You will tailor and implement Clinical Transformation, Theatre Efficiency and Patient Pathway programmes, while mentoring the Services and Solutions team and ensuring governance and compliance.

Travel to UK/Ireland sites is required.

Responsibilities

• To lead value deployments in associated accounts
• Be the designated Governance lead to manage relationships with key NHS trusts and private sector organisations under the banner of Services and Solutions and drive programmes to deliver specific clinical and non-clinical outcomes
• Programme and / or workstream lead to act as the "orchestra conductor" within an NHS hospital to ensure resources, contractual commitments and governance is optimised for both the customer and J&J
• Partner with commercial colleagues to deliver the Services and Solutions Strategy for UK/Ire
• Accountability for reporting progress against key performance indicators aligned to annual objectives
• Accountable for supporting strategic growth through the deployment of value programmes
• Mentoring and supporting Services and Solutions Consultants
• Maintain compliance with the Company's policies and required training, and ensure adherence to healthcare compliance policies
• Travel to meetings and customer sites as the need arises
