Job summary

Hoar Cross Hall Ltd. is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join the opening brigade of our 60-seat Mediterranean restaurant at Hiddenwell.

You will take ownership of your section and ensure dishes meet high standards for taste and presentation, while contributing to menu tastings and pre-opening training. You’ll work toward Rosette-level standards, with opportunities to grow into Senior Chef de Partie and Sous Chef roles as the restaurant establishes itself.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie.
• Passion for Mediterranean cuisine and Rosette-level kitchens an advantage.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Understanding of food safety and allergens.
• Desire to learn, develop and progress.

Responsibilities

• Run and organise your own section.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to a high standard.
• Complete mise en place and keep section service-ready.
• Develop knowledge of Mediterranean ingredients and techniques.
• Maintain food hygiene and allergen standards.
• Manage stock rotation, portion control and waste.
