Job summary

Hiddenwell invites applications for a Chef de Partie in our brand-new 60-cover Mediterranean restaurant at Hoar Cross Hall, Staffordshire. You’ll join the opening brigade, take ownership of your section and deliver dishes to our quality and presentation standards.

We’re aiming for Two AA Rosette standards with seasonal, Mediterranean-inspired menus. The role is 40 hours per week, includes weekends/Bank Holidays, and offers growth within the brigade.

Qualifications

• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Understanding of food safety and allergens.

Responsibilities

• Run and organise your own section.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to a high standard.
• Complete mise en place and keep section service-ready.
• Develop knowledge of Mediterranean ingredients and techniques.
• Maintain food hygiene and allergen standards.
• Manage stock rotation and portion control.
