This role will support the Planned Care and Cancer Divisions, working closely with a Medical Workforce Delivery Manager, Medical Workforce Specialists, and colleagues across the Trust to ensure the smooth delivery of medical workforce services.

The post holder will undertake a varied range of responsibilities, requiring the use of initiative, sound judgement, and strong organisational and administrative skills.
The successful candidate will be expected to work in accordance with agreed policies, procedures, and standard operating practices, whilst maintaining a flexible and positive approach to teamwork and service delivery.
They will work collaboratively with colleagues across a range of professional groups, building effective working relationships and contributing to the continued development of the service.
The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage sensitive and complex enquiries in a professional, compassionate, and solution-focused manner.
Support will be available from the wider team, but the successful candidate will also be encouraged to take ownership of their work, embrace new challenges, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
