An excitingopportunity has arisen within administration team supporting the Community Eating Disorders Service (CEDS).
We are seeking a part-time, highly motivated and multi-skilled Medical Support Secretary. The post holder will be responsible for providing effective and efficient clerical and administrative support to the CEDS medical Consultant and associated medical staff and the multi-disciplinary team where appropriate.
The clinical teams offer care and treatment to people with clinically diagnosed eating disorders and related mental health needs. The post holder will work in partnership with assigned medical professionals and clinical teams ensuring the provision of high quality administrative support that will enable the delivery of the best possible care to service users.

You will be dealing with sensitive information daily and you will understand the importance of data security and confidentiality.
The post holder must be able to work to a high standard with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as excellent diary management and minute taking skills. You will be required to use your initiative and have the ability to prioritise work, whilst working calmly and confidently under pressure and able to meet conflicting demands. You will need to multi-task with ease and possess excellent organisational skills as well as an eye for detail. The post holder needs to relate to a wide range of people and professional services. You should have excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
