Part Time Medical Secretary
On Site Central London (Harley Street)
Part-time: 3 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday, + 1 flexible day)
Salary: £21,000 per annum (£35,000 FTE)

A prestigious cardiology practice in Harley Street, Central London, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Medical Secretary to join their team. This role offers an exciting blend of administrative support and managerial responsibilities, providing an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a respected medical setting.

Key Details:

  • Part-time position: 3 days per week
  • Fixed days: Tuesday and Thursday
  • Third day: Flexible (to be agreed upon)
  • Salary: £21,000 per annum (pro-rata from £35,000 full-time equivalent)

  • Managing the consultant's schedule and appointments
  • Handling patient inquiries and correspondence
  • Preparing and managing medical reports and letters
