NHS Highland is seeking a motivated Telephonist/Receptionist for Caithness General Hospital in Wick, Scotland. The role is Band 2, 22.25 hours over a four-week rolling rota, including one weekend every four weeks, within the Medical Records Department.
This important frontline position involves handling calls, providing reception services, monitoring alarms, coordinating Out of Hours GP services, and supporting emergency communications to ensure smooth hospital operations.
