Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Medical Records Clerk (Band 2) to join our busy Medical Records Department based in Priorswood. This operational role supports clinical services by managing the creation, retrieval, tracking and secure movement of patient records, ensuring availability at the right place and time.

We are looking for an organized, reliable candidate who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is committed to progressing towards a digital records future within our Trust.

Responsabilités

• Create, retrieve, track and file medical records.
• Move records securely to the appropriate location.
• Support clinicians by ensuring records are available when needed.
