Full time Medical Receptionist/Administrator ( Part time maybe considered)
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join our team
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Practice including:
Input data to our clinical system
Process clinical correspondence
Look after medical records to help our clinicians work efficiently
Help manage the IT within our practice
Face to Face reception desk work
Managing telephone calls plus variety of admin tasks
Previous experience of the SystmOne clinical system is essential
The role requires tenacity, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, has excellent customer service skills and who ideally has GP practice experience.
You need to enjoy working in a team and be able to deal with any situation that arises with confidence and professionalism
Whinfield Medical Practice is situated in north Darlington within easy access to the A66 and A1.
We are a large, busy practice with nearly 12,000 patients and 8 GPs. We open 5 days per week with two early mornings.
Main Purpose of the Post: To support the Practice in all aspects of all data input and management of the information systems in accordance with practice policies. To provide a point of contact for patients and act as a focal point of communication between patients, doctors and other medical staff
