Job description

Chevin Medical Practice is looking to recruit both full-time and part-time Receptionists / Administrators to join our busy and friendly team.

Main duties of the job

Applicants must:

  • have customer-facing experience and have the ability to deal with a high volume of phone calls;
  • have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • possess good IT skills;
  • have excellent organisational skills;
  • have the ability to be proactive and resourceful;
  • have a professional attitude, with commitment and patience;
  • be a good team player and be flexible to cover additional rota absences;
  • have use of a car to be able to work across the Otley and Bramhope surgeries.
About us

We are a large, training practice with approximately 19,000 patients, covering Otley, Bramhope, and surrounding areas.
