Hanmer Surgery in the West Midlands is seeking a friendly receptionist/administrator to join our small GP practice on a part-time basis, suitable for job share. You will be the first point of contact for patients, helping to create a welcoming and positive experience.
Hours are up to 24 hours per week across Mon, Wed, Thu and Fri with shifts described. The role covers admin tasks, appointment scheduling, data entry, and supporting clinical staff in a busy rural practice.
We are looking for a friendly and personable Receptionist/ Administrator to join our small GP Practice in Hanmer. We are a small, friendly, and community-focused rural GP practice located just outside Hanmer. We are proud of the strong relationships we have built with our patients and the personal, caring service we provide. As a training practice for medical students from Keele University, we are committed to supporting learning and development while continuing to deliver high‑quality patient care. You would be joining a welcoming and supportive team that works closely together, helping one another to provide the best possible experience for our patients. As our Receptionist/Administrator, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the practice and be a valued member of our team.
