To accurately check patients in and out by verifying insurance, collecting payments, maintaining patient records, and ensuring smooth patient flow. Provide positive patient relations.
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous medical clerical experience preferred. Basic computer skills, e.g., Microsoft Office. Accuracy and attention to detail. Positive customer service skills. Well-groomed appearance. Clear and articulate phone mannerisms.
