The role offers hybrid and part-time working, a collaborative progressive environment, and the chance to draft pleadings, statements, and court documents while liaising with experts and counsel.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2+ years PQE in medical negligence or strong PI experience.
• Experience in drafting pleadings, witness statements and legal correspondence.
• Ability to manage high-profile cases and work with medical experts, counsel and professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a caseload of medical negligence and PI claims.
• Advising and supporting clients throughout their claims.
• Liaising with medical experts, counsel and other professionals.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements and legal correspondence.
