Job summary

DWF is seeking an Associate to join the Major Injury & Casualty team in Scotland, handling a varied caseload across Employers Liability, Public Liability, Personal Injury, and Catastrophic Loss claims. You will be part of a high-performing team with opportunities for growth, in a hybrid environment offering office and home-based work across Glasgow or Edinburgh.

The role requires Scottish law qualifications with solid litigation experience and a strong client-facing approach, plus a track record

Qualifications

• Demonstrated negotiation and communication skills in a legal setting.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience handling EL, PL and Personal Injury / Catastrophic Loss cases.

Responsibilities

• Progress cases quickly and efficiently; manage caseloads.
• Maintain strong client relationships and comply with SLAs and best practice.
