Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation, disputes and claims, including preparing legal arguments and overseeing proceedings.
• Advise senior management on contentious matters, litigation strategy and legal risks.
• Assess claims involving personal injury, property damage and negligence.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements and court documentation.
• Advise on statutory obligations, regulatory compliance and relevant legislation.
