Job summary

Qualifications

• Scottish qualified solicitor with up to 3 years' PQE.
• Experience in litigation or construction-related disputes is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Defending professional negligence claims on behalf of construction professionals and insurers.
• Advising insurers on policy coverage and liability issues.
• Managing litigated matters in Scottish courts, including drafting pleadings and client correspondence.
• Supporting partners and senior lawyers on complex disputes and building relationships with insurer clients.
